Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your FreshLoop purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.


Returns

You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customised bags cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions listed above.


Additional Notes

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the return conditions.
